Capital T. Solutions LLC Accounting and Bookkeeping service includes Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, payroll processing, and credit card & Bank reconciliation services. We are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day accounting operations. CTS tracks sales and income to ensure client’s customer’s pays for services rendered in a timely fashion. We want to make sure our clients can focus on operating the business without the concern about mismanaging the funds.

Financial Management:

Capital T. Solutions LLC Financial Management services give our clients a customized protocol to assist with the operation of their business. We conduct quantitative analysis of our client’s financial information to effectively create an investment strategy for their business. This includes reconciliation of all revenue and expenses for assigned cost centers. This helps CTS understand the profit and losses. In addition, we review quarterly statements and access the results to determine the clients true gains on income earned in the year. Lastly, CTS process payroll to ensure employees receive pay in a timely fashion.

Budgeting:

Capital T. Solutions LLC Budgeting services give our clients a financial goal to obtain in their business future. Our budgeting support begins with examining our client’s current financial status, and then we utilize the projections to create budget estimates. If the client currently has a budget in place we review and modify that budget for completeness, accuracy, and conformance. We then, analyze the clients budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls. The overall goal is to provide technical policy, procedures and regulations guidance for all budgetary matters pertaining to our client’s financials.

General Financial Services:

Capital T. Solutions LLC also provides what we call General Financial Services in Business Development, Audit and Taxes Preparation and Certification Preparation for our clients. These services are used to help our clients better organize their business. These general services consist of business development, audit and tax preparation, and certification processes. We also assist with creating a business structure such as (i.e. Sole Proprietor, LLC, and INC). Our audit and tax preparation helps our clients put audit and tax information together for the purpose of having a CPA review audit and tax preparation. Lastly, we provide our clients with certification support because there are multiple certifications to acquire, but the process of acquiring these certifications can be strenuous. We want our clients to focus on their business and not worry about prepping for any certifications.
